Denis Rusakov was born in 1992 in the village of Klyuchi, Omsk Region. Since 2011 lives and works in the city of Tara.
In his artistic activity, he is more self-taught, but in 2015 he graduated from the correspondence department of TF OmGPU in the direction of “art education”.
