The artist Olya Shurygin belongs to the category of artists who have personal life and creative life are so intertwined that it would be more correct not to look for differences between them, but to recognize that this is still one whole. Proof of this is her incredible deep research project “Shuzbekistan”, in which she goes to the homeland of her ancestors and returns from there with her own legacy.
